8-9 am C2 heated power vinyasa @ Corepower
6:00-7:15 pm Yin yoga (beginner level) @ Coppermine; $15 for non-members + class packs available (1st one free)

Stephanie's fun classes are a great way to listen to some good music and really connect to your body. She teaches both a heated and non-heated power vinyasa that connects breath to movement and awakens that mind-body connection that often gets lost in the activities of daily living.
She also teaches a community Mommy and Me Yoga class for new moms and kiddos 5 and under. It's a great way to start teaching the principles and postures of yoga to kids, meet other moms on the same journey and hit your mat without having to find a babysitter.
Stephanie's life changed dramatically when she found yoga. Not only did yoga help her lose 80 pounds after having 3 kids, it provided her a space for her to cultivate consciousness and grow spiritually.
She received her 200 hour yoga teacher training in Baltimore at Red Lila Yoga with Lindsay Lusignea and Kate Manchester. She continues to be mentored by Nila Mechali.
