Welcome to my little corner of the internet! My name is Stephanie and I am a Real Food Nutritional Practitioner. I received my nutrition training from the world's largest nutrition school, the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I currently work as a Nutritionist for an Integrative Medicine Practice based out of Maryland called NAVA. I also have a private practice in Towson, MD. In addition to nutrition, I am a yin and vinyasa based yoga teacher and co-owner of the ZenLife School of Yoga, a 200 hour Registered Yoga School (RYS) in Towson, MD.
My passion is helping you awaken to your own power through the food you eat and on your yoga mat. My nutrition specialty is gut health, which I work to heal through a real food approach. I do not believe in a "one size fits all diet". We are all unique, and the food that works to heal one person may be poison for someone else. I like to use a systematic process to determine the best foods for your body and empower you to develop a lifestyle, rather than a diet, that is not just healthy, but also satisfying and sustainable.
